Desserts, liqueurs, fruits, nuts, meat and fish are part of the extensive list of local products that make up palm cuisine, where a simple and traditional cuisine coexists with a more elaborate and avant-garde cuisine. An island with flavor and a brand that demonstrates the quality of its cuisine.
After suffering the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano, and the disasters generated, this event invites La Palma to promote its gastronomy and its primary products. To raise the island touristically and thus help in some way its economic activation.
As a typical song from the island used to say, La Palma awaits with “green mountains, black beaches and love in the kitchen”.
